IRIDIUM MN - MOUNTED ATOMIZER

The tower mounted sprayer with front suction axial impeller is a high quality, versatile and powerful machine.

We conducted an in-depth fluid dynamic analysis, first with computer simulations and then with physical tests on the samples, in order to apply all our 150 years of experience in the construction of the new machine.

The tower has incorporated an innovative channelling system and qualitative conservation of the power and volume of the air flow for the upper part, thus allowing perfect spraying even in the high areas of the orchards.

The jet holders are double, made of brass with anti-drip membrane and ATR jets, they are out of flow, allowing optimal air distribution.

The two-speed multiplier was built with customized multiplication ratios which, combined with the special axial impeller, allow for lower power absorption and therefore lower fuel consumption, while increasing performance at the same time.

The helical blades allow exceptional flow performance, reduced noise and are easily adjustable. They are made of nylon-glass with an anti-bacterial compound which helps not to transmit plant diseases.

The tank is made of polyethylene, compact and resistant, which combined with a suitably sized galvanized steel frame, make the machine robust but light, with an all-Italian aesthetic.

The basic machine, already well equipped, can implement various accessories and options to make it even more performing and technologically advanced, based on customer requests.
