The Dal Degan TA 110 side verge mower is a boom mower designed for the maintenance of ditches, embankments, slopes, roadsides, drainage channels, hedges, and green areas that are difficult to reach with a traditional rear mower. Thanks to its 110 cm working width, hydraulic movement system, and compatibility with 30 to 35 HP tractors, it represents an ideal solution for farms, green space maintainers, public entities, and rural landowners. The strength of the TA 110 is the articulated boom with double hydraulic offset, which allows working laterally to the tractor and reaching normally inaccessible areas. The flail head can tilt up to 90° upwards for cutting hedges and vertical vegetation, and down to 40° downwards, allowing the cleaning of ditches, slopes, and embankments located below the tractor’s working level. The cutting system consists of a double spiral rotor with 18 professional hammers, designed for shredding tall grass, brushwood, spontaneous vegetation, small shrubs, and twigs up to 25 mm in diameter. The presence of counter-blades improves the quality of the mulching, favoring a finer shredding of the plant material. The three-belt side transmission ensures reliability and durability even during prolonged use. The oil-bath gear reducer with integrated free wheel protects the PTO shaft, bearings, and transmission from kickbacks generated during PTO shutdown, helping to reduce component wear. The TA 110 comes complete with a hydraulic side boom, movement cylinders, PTO shaft, adjustable rear roller, side skids, category 1 three-point hitch, counter-blades, and transmission safety guards.
