Diana HW is the professional backpack sprayer from the Dal Degan Hard Work Line, manually operated with a capacity of 16 liters, designed for the application of aggressive chemicals, acidic solutions, solvents, and technical detergents used in industrial, construction, agricultural, and professional cleaning sectors. Valves, seals, and components have been selected to ensure high chemical compatibility and long service life even in the most demanding applications.
The seals are made of FKM/FPM, a high chemical resistance fluoroelastomer belonging to the same family of materials marketed under the Viton® brand by Chemours. This feature distinguishes Diana HW from the standard version and makes it particularly suitable for use with products requiring superior resistance to acids, solvents, and aggressive chemical compounds.
Diana HW is ideally suited for professional cleaning of industrial and construction equipment, maintenance of systems and machinery with technical detergents, application of specific solvents, small-scale treatments with acidic solutions in agriculture and nurseries, and sanitation and professional maintenance activities requiring high chemical resistance.
The semi-transparent recyclable polyethylene tank allows easy monitoring of liquid level during work. The integrated handle facilitates transport and filling operations, while the wide ergonomic shoulder straps ensure comfort even during prolonged use. The cap with hermetic closure and integrated vent valve helps increase operator safety when using chemicals.
The pump can be configured for use with either the right or left arm, allowing the operator to choose the most comfortable position or alternate the operating side during work to reduce fatigue.
The 50 mm diameter pump allows rapid achievement of the operating pressure between 3 and 5 bar and maintaining it constant with few strokes. The pump assembly can be easily disassembled without special tools, facilitating inspection, cleaning, and routine maintenance operations, particularly important when using aggressive chemicals.
Standard equipment includes a 140 cm flexible hose, an ergonomic lever handle, and a 50 cm lance with adjustable nozzle that allows easy switching from fine mist to direct jet, adapting to different operational requirements.
