Internal counter-blades improve the quality of the shredding and promote a more homogeneous distribution of the plant material on the ground, contributing to faster natural decomposition. The three-belt side transmission represents one of the machine’s main strengths. This solution, generally adopted on higher-category models, allows for more effective power distribution and greater durability of mechanical components, ensuring reliability even during frequent and prolonged use. The oil-bath gear reducer with integrated free wheel protects the transmission, PTO shaft, and bearings during PTO shutdown, reducing mechanical stress and helping to decrease maintenance over time. The PTO shaft is supplied as standard to allow for quick connection to the tractor. The TLF 105 is equipped with a rear roller adjustable in 5 positions, adjustable side skids, front protection flaps, counter-blades, transmission protection guard, and a support stand. The 11 cm manual side shift allows the working position to be adapted to operational needs, facilitating maintenance near fences, trees, and field edges.
