The Dal Degan TLF 145 tractor flail mower is designed for the maintenance of lawns, private parks, farmhouses, residential green areas, and rural properties where working speed is an important factor. Thanks to its 143 cm working width, it covers large areas with fewer passes, improving operational efficiency and reducing mowing and shredding times. Compatible with 35 to 40 hp tractors, it is an ideal solution for those managing large grassy areas who want a lightweight, maneuverable machine with low operating costs. It is particularly suitable for farmhouses, hospitality facilities with green areas, large private properties, riding stables, parks, and land requiring periodic maintenance. The cutting system consists of a double spiral rotor equipped with 22 hammers, designed to ensure uniform shredding of tall grass, spontaneous vegetation, light brushwood, and small plant residues. The machine can effectively process twigs up to 20 mm in diameter, making it suitable for the routine management of lawns, field edges, family orchards, and regularly maintained land. The internal counter-knives improve shredding quality and help distribute the shredded material evenly on the ground, promoting natural decomposition and leaving a tidy, well-finished surface. The three-belt side transmission ensures efficient power distribution and longer life for mechanical components. This solution reduces stress on the transmission and ensures reliability even during prolonged use during peak growth seasons. The oil-bath gearbox with integrated free wheel protects the PTO shaft, bearings, and transmission when the PTO is stopped, helping to limit wear and reduce routine maintenance. The PTO shaft is supplied as standard for quick connection to the tractor. Equipment includes a 5-position adjustable rear roller, adjustable side skids, front protection flaps, counter-knives, side transmission guard, and support stand. The 11 cm manual side shift allows for optimized work along fences, trees, paths, and green area boundaries. The TLF 145 is particularly suitable for the maintenance of large lawns, private parks, farmhouses, corporate green areas, riding stables, residential land, and rural properties where high productivity is required without sacrificing the simplicity typical of light flail mowers.
