The cutting system consists of a double-spiral rotor with 12 hammers, designed to ensure uniform shredding of tall grass, spontaneous vegetation, light brush, and small twigs up to 20 mm in diameter. Internal counter-blades further improve the quality of the shredding, favoring an even distribution of plant material on the ground and accelerating its natural decomposition. Unlike many light flail mowers on the market, the TLF 85 is equipped with a robust three-belt side transmission, a solution normally reserved for higher-end models. This system allows for better power distribution and greater transmission durability over time, even during frequent use. The oil-bath gearbox with integrated free wheel protects the PTO shaft, bearings, and transmission from kickbacks generated during PTO shutdown, helping to reduce wear and maintenance. The PTO shaft is supplied as standard to allow for quick connection to the tractor. Standard equipment includes a 5-position adjustable rear roller, adjustable side skids, front protection flaps, counter-blades, transmission guard, and parking stand. An 11 cm manual side shift is also available, useful for working with greater precision along fences, field edges, and trees.
