Titanium TR

Titanium TR is the Dal Degan trailed multi-row atomizer designed for professional phytosanitary treatments in large-scale vineyards. By treating multiple rows simultaneously, it increases productivity, reduces working time, and optimizes the use of plant protection products, making it the ideal solution for wineries focused on precision agriculture. Available with a 1,000, 1,500, or 2,000-liter polyethylene tank, Titanium TR is equipped with a proportional electric control unit, an on-board computer with a 7″ RGB display and integrated GPS, allowing real-time monitoring and management of flow rate, liters distributed, treated area, and operating parameters. The self-cleaning filter and flow meter ensure distribution precision and reduced maintenance. The hydraulically adjustable heads from 2 to 3.2 meters easily adapt to different planting layouts. The hydraulic system with Bosch Rexroth components ensures smooth and precise movements, while integrated lock valves increase safety during operation. The ventilation system with a steel centrifugal impeller and six-sided diffusion is the hallmark of the Titanium TR. In a single pass, it is possible to treat three rows simultaneously, achieving uniform vegetation coverage and a significant reduction in fuel consumption and treatment times. The two-speed gearbox plus neutral allows the airflow to be adapted to different vegetative conditions. The equipment is completed by a powder-coated steel frame, adjustable drawbar, reinforced tires, circuit-washing tank, hand-washing tank, and internal tank cleaning system.
