The Annovi Reverberi AR25 Pump for Acids and Bases is a professional three-diaphragm pump from the LFP (Liquid Fertilizer Pump) series designed for handling aggressive chemicals, acidic and alkaline solutions, liquid fertilizers, professional disinfectants, and substances that could rapidly compromise a conventional pump. The distinctive feature of the LFP series is the hydraulic circuit made entirely of reinforced polypropylene, a material highly resistant to chemical corrosion and ideal for continuous use with aggressive liquids. The valves are made of PVDF (Kynar®) and stainless steel AISI 316, materials recognized for their high resistance to chemical agents and corrosion. The diaphragm fastening elements are also made of AISI 316 stainless steel, while the seals are made of FKM/FPM (Viton® family), a fluoroelastomer known for its exceptional compatibility with a wide range of professional chemicals.
The three-diaphragm configuration offers significant advantages over traditional two-diaphragm pumps: more uniform delivery, reduced residual pulsations, better distribution of mechanical stress, longer diaphragm life, and smoother, quieter operation. With a maximum flow rate of 23 L/min and a maximum pressure of 20 bar, the AR25 LFP is ideal for professional applications installed on wheelbarrow sprayers, trolleys, mobile units, and specialized systems.
The pump is equipped with a polypropylene pressure regulator and a by-pass system with quick-release lever, which allows immediate interruption of delivery while keeping the pump running. This solution reduces mechanical stress and improves reliability in the intermittent duty cycles typical of professional spraying.
The EL version is designed for direct coupling with an electric motor via integrated flange mounting, eliminating intermediate transmissions and reducing maintenance, dimensions, and mechanical losses. It is particularly suitable for indoor use in food facilities, warehouses, ports, livestock farms, and environments where the absence of emissions represents an essential operational requirement. The AR25 DC version is also available, designed for direct current power supply on vehicles, ATVs, quads, and battery-powered systems.
