DBM Plug In

DBM Plug In is the Dal Degan autonomous motor pump module designed to power spraying systems without using internal combustion engines and without depending on the power grid during operation. Equipped with an electric diaphragm pump and a 12 V deep-cycle rechargeable battery, it represents a modern, silent, and zero-emission solution for wheelbarrow sprayers, trolleys, skid-mounted units, fixed systems, and professional applications in landscaping, agriculture, and sanitization. The operating principle follows the logic of Plug-in vehicles: the system is charged via mains electricity and then operates in complete autonomy in the field. This solution eliminates the need for fuel, drastically reduces maintenance and allows operation even in enclosed or emission-sensitive environments. The module is available in two versions: DBM 6 Designed for standard spraying and crop protection treatments.

Thanks to the higher pressure, it can reach a range of up to approximately 7 m, making it particularly suitable for treating high hedges, trees, greenhouses, selective weeding, livestock farm sanitization, and the application of waterproofing agents on walls and terraces. Both versions use deep-cycle batteries, designed for numerous charge and discharge cycles and capable of guaranteeing approximately 3 hours of effective intensive work autonomy. The battery charger is equipped with a LED indicator that clearly signals the charging and end-of-charge phases. One of the most important technical features of the DBM Plug In is the integrated pressure switch, which automatically activates the pump only when the lance is used. In this way, the battery is consumed exclusively during the actual treatment phase, increasing autonomy and reducing recharging cycles. The system is completed by a glycerin pressure gauge with a stainless steel case and continuous pressure regulation, which allows the flow to be adapted to different operational needs, from simple liquid circulation to full-pressure treatments. Compared to gasoline motor pump units, DBM Plug In offers numerous advantages:

  • zero exhaust emissions.
For these reasons, it is particularly suitable for greenhouses, nurseries, agricultural warehouses, food processing plants, livestock farms, public parks, apartment complexes, historic centers, schools, and all areas where silence and the absence of emissions are fundamental requirements. The module is designed and manufactured entirely by Dal Degan and is supplied complete with accessories for connection to the tank: reinforced suction hose, delivery hose, lance with nozzle, fixing clamps, battery charger, and connection fittings.
