The Helium MN mounted atomizer is Dal Degan’s professional solution for crop protection treatments in vineyards, orchards, and specialized tree crops, designed to ensure uniform vegetation coverage, high distribution efficiency, and low operating costs. Thanks to its configuration with air diffusion on both sides of the row, Helium MN is particularly suitable for trellis systems, modern rows, and intensive orchards where reaching both sides of the vegetation uniformly is essential. Hydraulic system for traditional and low-volume treatments Helium MN is equipped with a three-way manual high-pressure control unit paired with a high-performance diaphragm pump. The system allows working with both traditional volumes and low-volume spraying techniques, increasingly common in modern agriculture to reduce water consumption and operating times. Low-volume flow regulators, designed to limit the risk of clogging, can be manually activated or excluded depending on the type of treatment. This feature makes the atomizer extremely versatile and suitable for different crop protection strategies. Quick-connect couplings facilitate maintenance and reduce downtime. The suction filter with a non-return valve protects the pump from impurities and helps maintain consistent performance even during long working days. High-efficiency centrifugal ventilation The Helium MN ventilation system consists of a centrifugal conveyor and a powder-coated steel centrifugal impeller, designed to generate a powerful and uniform airflow. Air is distributed through four cone diffusers with Venturi effect, installed on two lateral arms that treat both vegetative walls of the row simultaneously. The Venturi effect improves droplet atomization and promotes product penetration into the leaf mass, increasing treatment effectiveness and reducing drift. This configuration makes Helium MN particularly suitable for:

Two-speed transmission Ventilation is controlled via a robust oil-bath gearbox with two speeds plus neutral. The operator can easily adapt the air volume to the vegetation density, forward speed, and current operating conditions. The neutral position allows the fan to be completely disengaged when not needed, reducing tractor power consumption and fuel use. Integrated tanks and services The main polyethylene tank is designed for total drainage, preventing product stagnation and simplifying cleaning operations. Equipment includes:

liquid level indicator;
hinged lid for quick filling;
tank drain valve;
high-flow hydraulic agitator;
three-way valve for circuit management;
system-wash tank;
hand-wash tank.

The agitator keeps the phytosanitary mixture constantly homogeneous, preventing product sedimentation at the bottom of the tank during longer treatments.
