Tornado 120 is the 120-liter Dal Degan mobile spraying unit designed for installation on pick-ups, motor tricycles, quads, ATVs, and light trailers. It represents the compact version of the Tornado range and is designed for phytosanitary treatments, pest control, sanitization, weeding, and professional spraying on small and medium-sized areas, maintaining the same construction philosophy and reliability as the Tornado 500 model in a lighter and easily transportable configuration.
The robust epoxy powder-coated steel frame ensures high resistance to corrosion, weathering, and chemicals used in professional treatments. The structure supports the 120-liter polyethylene tank, equipped with a graduated scale for immediate liquid level monitoring and designed to offer the best compromise between operating autonomy and weight reduction.
Thanks to its compact dimensions, Tornado 120 is particularly suitable for mounting on quads and ATVs, where available space and payload require light yet high-performing equipment. The suction filter with shut-off valve allows for filter cleaning even with a full tank, reducing maintenance time and facilitating daily use.
The machine is available with different motor pump configurations depending on the required pressure and flow rate. The gasoline engine versions cover applications from 25 to 30 bar, making them suitable for both standard phytosanitary treatments and more demanding sanitization, pest control, and spraying tasks with a high-pressure lance.
For environments where emissions and noise must be limited, the version with the DBM electric module with rechargeable battery is available, based on Plug-In technology. The battery is recharged via the mains and allows for work in full autonomy without an internal combustion engine, making the system ideal for urban centers, public parks, greenhouses, nurseries, and sensitive areas.
Tornado 120 is supplied complete with an integrated hose reel with 50 meters of hose, high-pressure lance, and accessories necessary for immediate use. This configuration allows for easily reaching rows, flowerbeds, sidewalks, green areas, and surfaces not directly accessible by the vehicle.
