V-Spray 75 is the 75-liter Dal Degan compact sprayer designed for quick mounting on ATVs, quads, and small utility vehicles, ideal for phytosanitary treatments, green space maintenance, weeding, and professional applications in vineyards, orchards, vegetable gardens, nurseries, golf courses, and green areas. Thanks to its compact size and ease of installation, it represents a practical and efficient solution for those requiring a mobile, lightweight, and easily removable spraying system.
The tank is made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) UV-resistant and fully recyclable. The 75-liter capacity offers an excellent compromise between work autonomy and overall weight, a particularly important feature on quads and ATVs where load distribution directly affects vehicle stability. The total drainage system allows for the full use of the liquid in the tank, avoiding waste and facilitating cleaning operations between different treatments.
The sprayer is equipped with an Italian-made 12 V electric diaphragm pump, powered directly by the vehicle’s battery. The absence of internal combustion engines eliminates the need for fuel and reduces routine maintenance. Three different flow rates are available (8.3 – 11.4 – 15.1 L/min) to adapt performance to the type of treatment and the vehicle’s forward speed.
The operating pressure is adjustable up to 4 bar via a three-outlet pressure regulator with a dedicated pressure gauge, allowing for precise application control. An integrated overpressure valve protects the hydraulic circuit and increases operational safety.
For localized treatments, V-Spray 75 comes standard with a professional high-pressure lance, ideal for treating individual plants, rows, shrubs, and hard-to-reach areas. The pressure gauge is connected via a hose resistant up to 20 bar, ensuring reliability even in the most demanding working conditions.
Installation on the vehicle is carried out using two sturdy fastening straps included, without the need for permanent modifications or dedicated brackets. Once the work is finished, the sprayer can be quickly removed, allowing the ATV or quad to return to normal activities.
To increase productivity, an optional 3.5-meter folding galvanized steel spray boom is available, equipped with 9 nozzles, ideal for the uniform treatment of lawns, sports fields, nurseries, vegetable crops, and extensive green areas.
