APS121

APS 121 is the Comet high-pressure diaphragm pump sized for medium and large crops, where flow rates exceeding 100 L/min are required in combination with 50 bar pressure. Dal Degan uses it in professional line atomizers and spraying units, where the increased flow rate allows for servicing extended boom systems, multi-fan atomizers, and applications requiring simultaneous operation of multiple nozzles. The pump has a three-diaphragm NBR configuration (Desmopan® and Viton on request), with anodized aluminum contact parts and 1″3/8 male — 1″3/8 female through-shaft (double male through-shaft version available for specific applications). The pressure accumulator and internal manifolds ensure efficient operation and reduced vibrations during work. The safety valve is standard. It is equipped with two delivery taps for the simultaneous connection of multiple circuits. The valves are made of stainless steel, all arranged on the delivery side for quick inspection, simplifying routine maintenance. PTO protection is available on request.
