BP110-130

BP 110-130 is the high-end range of Comet’s low-pressure BP series, designed for herbicide treatments and fertigation on large areas requiring high flow rates (over 100 L/min) but not the typical pressure of an atomizer. Dal Degan uses these pumps in its spraying units and low-pressure carts for applications on extended boom systems and on cereal, horticultural, and grassland surfaces. The pump is available in two sizes:
  • BP 110: 3 diaphragms, flow rate 110 L/min
  • BP 130 (K version, also for acids): 3 diaphragms, flow rate 124 L/min
The parts in contact with the liquid are made of plastic material (heads and manifolds in polyamide/nylon), ensuring maximum resistance to chemical attack and mechanical abrasion from products typical of herbicide application, fertilization and — in the K version — also acidic and alkaline products. The BP 130 K version is also marketed as a pump suitable for use with aggressive chemicals, sanitization of food processing plants, cleaning of port docks, and treatment of contaminated water. The diaphragms are in NBR as standard (Desmopan® and Viton available on request), with a transparent plastic oil cup for immediate visual level monitoring.
