APS 166 is the top of the Comet APS series in anodized aluminum, sized for large atomizers and spraying units for extensive crops. Dal Degan uses it in its own top-of-the-line atomizers and units, where the combination of high flow rate (over 140 L/min) and high pressure (50 bar) is required to serve complex systems with many nozzles and multi-fan atomizers. The five-diaphragm configuration represents the highest level of delivery smoothness achievable in anodized aluminum: minimal residual pulsations, workload distribution across five pistons instead of three, significantly extended diaphragm service life. The diaphragms are in NBR as standard (Desmopan® and Viton available on request), with contact parts in anodized aluminum inspectable via two transparent plastic volumetric condensers that allow immediate visual inspection of the mechanical oil condition. The pump comes standard with pressure accumulator and safety valve, with 1″3/8 male-male through shaft that allows maximum versatility for coupling to the tractor PTO. The valves are in stainless steel, inspectable on the delivery side.
